Shipping policy

1. WHERE WE SHIP

ARK Anti-Aging currently ships to the United States. We aim to expand shipping destinations in the future. If your country is not currently available at checkout please contact us via arkantiaging.com/pages/contact and we will do our best to assist.


2. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding US public holidays.

Orders placed after 2pm EST on a business day will begin processing the following business day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.


3. SHIPPING OPTIONS AND TIMEFRAMES

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping Estimated delivery: 3 to 7 business days Tracked and insured

Express Shipping Estimated delivery: 1 to 3 business days Tracked and insured

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. ARK Anti-Aging is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.


4. FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States.

Orders below $75 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is taken.


5. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the shipping option selected. The carrier for your order will be confirmed in your dispatch notification email.


6. ORDER TRACKING

All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us via arkantiaging.com/pages/contact.


7. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. ARK Anti-Aging is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order please contact us immediately via arkantiaging.com/pages/contact. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.


8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it please take the following steps:

  • Check with neighbours and anyone else at the delivery address
  • Check any safe locations where the carrier may have left the parcel
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

If you are still unable to locate your package please contact us within 7 days of the tracked delivery date via arkantiaging.com/pages/contact and we will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the situation.

ARK Anti-Aging is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address that are subsequently stolen. We recommend selecting a secure delivery address or requiring a signature at delivery where available.


9. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery via arkantiaging.com/pages/contact with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged product
  • Photographs of the damaged packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


10. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT

For any international orders we may offer in the future the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and compliance with local import regulations. ARK Anti-Aging has no control over customs charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs processing may add additional time to your estimated delivery. ARK Anti-Aging is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


11. MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS

If you order multiple products they will be dispatched together in a single shipment where possible. In some circumstances products may be dispatched separately. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment.


12. SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

If we offer subscription orders in future each subscription dispatch will follow the same shipping process as a standard order. Subscription dispatch dates will be confirmed in your subscription confirmation email.
