About These Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.arkantiaging.com (the "Site") and the purchase of any products from ARK Anti-Aging ("ARK", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase products.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version always appears on this page with the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Products & Research Use

Important. ARK products are sold for research and laboratory purposes only. They are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), or any other regulatory body for human therapeutic use.

The statements made on the Site have not been evaluated by any regulatory authority. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are purchasing the products for legitimate research purposes
• You have read and understood the available scientific literature
• You will consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before any use

Orders & Acceptance

An order placed through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase, which we are free to accept or decline at our discretion. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time before dispatch — including, but not limited to, cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or shipping restrictions in the destination jurisdiction. Any payment taken in respect of a cancelled order will be refunded in full.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and are inclusive of applicable VAT where indicated. Shipping and any import duties are additional and shown before order confirmation.

Payment is taken at the time of order via the payment processors integrated with the Site. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. By submitting payment information you authorise the relevant processor to charge your account for the order total.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within two working days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and are indicative only — we do not guarantee delivery dates.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct and that the products may legally be received in your jurisdiction. ARK is not liable for any seizure, return, or destruction of goods by customs or postal authorities.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the products, returns are accepted only for goods that arrive damaged or incorrect. You must notify us at info@arkantiaging.com within 14 days of delivery, with photographs of the issue. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

Opened or partially used products cannot be returned for hygiene and product-integrity reasons.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically at the cadence selected at checkout. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge. We do not refund subscription charges processed before cancellation requests are received.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photography, formulations, and the ARK trademark — is owned by or licensed to ARK Anti-Aging. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent, except where permitted by applicable copyright law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARK Anti-Aging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our products. Our total aggregate liability for any direct loss is limited to the price you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
